Public Advisory: Consular Services Accommodation for Those Affected by COVID-19-Related Circumstances

28 February 2020 — The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) reminds applicants with confirmed appointments who will be unable to avail of consular services due to circumstances related to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) such as:

- canceled or redirected flights
- mandated to undergo the 14-day quarantine

that they will be accommodated within 30 days from the date of their appointment, during regular office hours, at the Consular Office where the appointment was booked. END

NOTICE

All applications should be made in person by the applicant except under certain circumstances (e.g. documents filed by his/her immediate kin.

Applications not paid within 24 hours shall be disposed of.
