Public Advisory: Number of COVID-19 Cases Among Filipinos Abroad (As of 28 August 2020)

With reports from only four countries in Asia and the Pacific and the Middle East, the DFA confirms 21 new COVID-19 cases, 15 new recoveries, and 13 new fatalities among Filipinos abroad. No new updates from the Americas and Europe were received today.

Meanwhile, the total DOH IHR verified cases is now at 1,957, with 16 new verified cases reported in Asia and the Pacific.
