HRMO Conducts Seminar on Parenting and Work: Managing Parenthood in a Diplomatic Setting

The Human Resources Management Office (HRMO), in collaboration with the PeopleStrong Human Resource Consulting, organized a seminar entitled “Parenting and Work: Managing Parenthood in a Diplomatic Setting.” The seminar provided participating DFA employees with valuable pointers on how they could raise resilient children while responding to the demands of the foreign service. To further enrich the discussion, former Ambassador Cecilia Rebong, Assistant Secretary Grace Princesa and Executive Director Maria Lourdes shared their parenting experiences during their various assignments at the Home Office and abroad. The above activity is part of HRMO’s initiative aimed at promoting the welfare and well-being of DFA employees.
