HRMO Conducts Seminar on Fraud Detection for OCA- Aseana Personnel

14 March 2018 MANILA — HRMO conducted a seminar on Fraud Detection for eighty-six OCA-ASEANA personnel on 10 March 2018 at the Elpidio Quirino Hall, 14^th Floor, DFA Main Building.The seminar aimed to provide basic training and information to OCA personnel whose nature of work required an understanding of the basic principles of signature verification and forgery detection. It also aimed to establish a pool of efficient verifiers familiar with the signature comparison process and to detect possible fraudulent transactions involving fake signatures/handwriting. END
