Foreign Affairs Undersecretary for Policy Enrique A. Manalo delivers the keynote address at the Multi-stakeholders' Workshop on the Nexus between Philippine Development Plans, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the BAPA and the South Summit held at the Makati Diamond Residences on 15-16 October 2018.
