Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. (left) received Chilean Ambassador to the Philippines José Miguel Capdevila Villarroel (right) in a courtesy call on 03 April 2019.  Secretary Locsin and Ambassador Capdevila discussed how both countries could further deepen and expand bilateral relations, particularly in areas such as trade and investments, disaster risk reduction and management, cultural and people-to-people linkages, tax mining system, among others.  They also exchanged views on regional and international developments as well as Chile’s APEC Chairmanship.
