MANILA 19 March 2022 — A Filipina and her Ukrainian husband arrived in Manila last night. The couple from Odessa were among those who crossed the Moldovan border assisted by the Philippine Honorary Consulate in Chisinau. Members of the Philippine Embassy in Budapest provided support in Bucharest, Romania for their travel to Manila. END
