DFA Recognized for Achieving One of the Highest Resolution Rates

PASAY CITY 09 December 2022 — The Contact Center ng Bayan under the Civil Service Commission (CSC-CCB) recognized the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) for achieving one of the highest complaints resolution rates in CCB for a decade, demonstrating consistent commitment to customer satisfaction, process improvements, and public service excellence.
