PASAY CITY 29 June 2023 — A delegation from the Vietnamese Party Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations, led by Vice Chairman Trương Quang Hoài (fifth from right) undertook a working visit to the Philippines on 22-23 June 2023, and conducted a courtesy call on Undersecretary Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro (center) on June 22. The two sides discussed trade promotion and international issues of mutual interest. END
