DFA Office of Protocol Conducts Protocol Training for Four Philippine Government Agencies

PASAY 08 September 2023 — The Office of Protocol of the Department of Foreign conducted a basic diplomatic and government protocol training workshop for the following agencies:

  1. Department of Tourism Region IV-A (CALABARZON) on 06-07 July 2023, at the View Park Hotel, Tagaytay City
  2. Office of Senator Loren Legarda on 14 July 2023 at GSIS Building, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City;
  3. Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) on 02 August 2023 at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, Malate, Manila; and
  4. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) on 22 August 2023 at the BSP Building, Malate, Manila.

All the training workshops, led by Deputy Assistant Secretary and Executive Director (DAS) Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, covered basic protocol procedures and practices, events and conference management, along with ceremonial and social functions.

The lecture was followed by simulation exercises and activities. END
