24/7 Submission of Philippine E-Visa Applications

PARAÑAQUE CITY 23 January 2025 - The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that the Philippine e-Visa system in India is open 24/7 to receive e-Visa applications. 

Following its full implementation in India since 28 October 2024, e-Visa applicants based in India may visit evisa.gov.ph to create e-Visa accounts and submit e-Visa applications at any time of the day. 

Upon receipt of complete documentary requirements, e-Visa applications will be processed according to the prescribed processing time (7-12 working days for single entry, 15-21 working days for multiple entries).

The DFA further clarifies that, as a general rule, personal appearance at the Philippine Foreign Service Post in India is not required for e-Visa applicants. However, the Visa Officer may require an applicant’s personal appearance if an interview or further evaluation of the application is necessary. END
