DFA Turnover of Sec. Almendras to Sec. Yasay

01 July 2016 – Foreign Affairs Secretary Perfecto R. Yasay, Jr. received today from outgoing Secretary Jose Rene D. Almendras the flag of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in a symbolic turn-over ceremony.

The ceremony was witnessed by senior DFA officials and was held at the Bulwagang Elpidio Quirino, DFA Building. END
