Public Advisory: On the Use of WeChat Hotlines

28 February 2020 — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) wishes to remind Filipinos in China that the WeChat Hotlines are provided solely to give medical information, advice and assistance in relation to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Filipinos in China who have other concerns that are not related to COVID-19 medical issues are encouraged to get in touch with the Philippine Embassy in Beijing or the nearest Consulates General in their area:
