Public Advisory: Number of COVID-19 Cases Among Filipinos Abroad (As of 20 August 2020)

With reports from only two countries in Asia and the Pacific and the Middle East, the DFA confirms 14 new COVID-19 cases, 1 new recovery, and no new fatalities today among Filipinos abroad. Meanwhile, no updates were received from the Americas and Europe.

The DFA shall continue to keep track of the status of Filipinos abroad and stands ready to assist and facilitate repatriations, whenever possible.
