Public Advisory: Number of COVID-19 Cases Among Filipinos Abroad (As of 04 October 2020)

Weekend data from overseas posts reports no new COVID-19 cases, no new fatalities, and no new recoveries among Filipinos abroad. Meanwhile, there are 262 new DOH IHR verified cases recorded from Asia and the Pacific.

To date, the total number of confirmed cases is at 10,549; total fatalities at 793; total recoveries at 6,750; and total DOH IHR verified cases at over 2,400.

The DFA remains fully committed to monitoring the situation of overseas Filipinos who are affected by the pandemic and remains steadfast in promoting and protecting their welfare.
