Public Advisory: Number of COVID-19 Cases Among Filipinos Abroad (As of 06 October 2020)

Today, the DFA reports 3 new confirmed COVID-19 cases and 1 new fatality among our nationals in Asia and the Pacific and in the Middle East. Meanwhile, there are no new recoveries recorded today. Furthermore, DOH-verified cases are now at 2,104 with 6 new verified cases in Asia and the Pacific and Middle East

To date, the Middle East remains to be the region with the most number of confirmed COVID-19 cases, recoveries, under treatment, and fatalities among our nationals. The Americas has the least numbers in all categories compared to other geographic regions, except in the total number of deaths, wherein Asia and the Pacific ranks lowest.
