Public Advisory: Number of COVID-19 Cases Among Filipinos Abroad (As of 11 October 2020)

Weekend reports from our Foreign Service Posts record two new COVID-19 cases in Asia and the Pacific, no new fatalities and no new recoveries among Filipinos abroad. Meanwhile, there are 16 new DOH IHR verified cases from Asia and the Pacific.

To date, the total number of confirmed cases is at 10,869; total fatalities at 801; total recoveries at 6,919; and total DOH IHR verified cases at over 2,449.

The DFA remains fully committed to monitoring the situation of overseas Filipinos who are affected by the pandemic and remains steadfast in promoting and protecting their welfare.
