Number of COVID-19 Cases Among Filipinos Abroad (As of 08 April 2021)

The DFA received reports confirming 483 new COVID-19 cases, 7 new recoveries, and 7 new fatalities among Filipinos abroad. The reported spike is due to increase in cases in a country in the Middle East.

To date, the total number of countries and territories with confirmed cases among Filipinos abroad remains at 91.

The DFA shall continue to keep track of the status of overseas Filipinos, and facilitate repatriations, whenever possible.
