The Human Resource Management Office Conducts Customer Service Training

22 May 2017 - The Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) conducted Customer Service Training on March 19 and May 7 and 14 for the DFA Regional Consular Offices (RCOs) in Angeles and San Fernando, Pampanga and Satellite Offices (SOs) in SM Megamall and Robinsons Galleria, to better equip its frontliners with competencies in delivering quality customer service.

The Customer Service Training was conducted by Guthrie-Jensen Consultants Inc., The workshop focused on achieving a global standard in delivering customer service.

HRMO is scheduled to continue these trainings in other RCOs and SOs throughout the country. END
