Hungarian Ambassador Calls On the New Secretary of Foreign Affairs
Ambassador of Hungary to the Philippines József Bencze called on Secretary of Foreign Affairs Alan Peter S. Cayetano.
08 June 2017 – Secretary of Foreign Affairs Alan Peter S. Cayetano received H.E. József Bencze, Hungarian Ambassador to the Philippines, on June 02.
During the courtesy call, both sides expressed interest on enhancing trade and investment relations and forging cooperation in the fields of science and technology, culture, and education.
Hungary, which is the 40th largest trading partner of the Philippines in 2016, formally re-opened its embassy in Manila on March 28. It is also expected to open its consular and visa services on 15 June 2017. END
