Secretary Cayetano Hands Over Donation from DFA Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Inc. to Philippine Red Cross

16 August 2017 MANILA — Foreign Affairs Secretary Alan Peter Cayetanpo hands over the donation of PHP 50,000 from the Department of Foreign Affairs Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Inc. (DFAMPCI) to Philippine Red Cross CEO and Chairman Dick Gordon during the Opening Ceremony of the International Humanitarian Law Day at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Pasay City, on 14 August 2017. Also present is Philippine Red Cross Secretary General Oscar Palabyab.
