HRMO Conducts Two-Day Seminar on Customer Service and Handling Exceptional Clients in its Regional Consular Offices in the Visayas Region
15 September 2017 - HRMO conducted a two-day seminar on Customer Service and Handling Exceptional Clients for twenty (20), frontline personnel of the Regional Consular Offices in Bacolod, Cebu, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Puerto Princesa and Tacloban on August 20 to 21 in Cebu City.
A refresher on RA 9485, The Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 and RA 6713 on Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees was also conducted by Ms. Prolaine Daclan of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) regional office in Cebu.
This is in line with the Department’s commitment to build competencies of its personnel in order to better serve the public. END
