DFA-HRMO Conducts Wellness Seminar for OUMWA Personnel

15 September 2017 MANILA - The Human Resources Management Office conducted a wellness seminar for the personnel from the Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs at Diamond Hotel Manila on September 09 to 10. The event is a part of Department of Foreign Affairs’ (DFA) amplified efforts to promote the welfare and wellbeing of its personnel.

The seminar provided a venue for OUMWA personnel to share and process their stressful experiences, to learn techniques and strategies in managing and relieving their stress, and to reflect on their wellbeing, with the end view of improving delivery of Assistance-to-Nationals services to the public.

The two-day workshop, which was facilitated by PMF-PACE, aimed to empower OUMWA personnel by helping them tap their latent intangible resources to deal with their life-work challenges and to adjust to their work condition. END
