HRMO Conducts Two-Day Seminar on Customer Service and Handling Exceptional Clients in RCOs in Northern Luzon

05 October 2017 MANILA – HRMO conducted a two-day seminar on Customer Service and Handling Exceptional Clients for 18 frontline personnel of the Regional Consular Offices in Baguio, Calasiao, San Fernando (LU) and Tuguegarao in Baguio City from September 30 to October 01.

A refresher on RA 9485, The Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 and RA 6713 on Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees was also conducted by Ms. Anita Verina T. Paredes, Chief Human Resource Specialist of the Civil Service Commission-Cordillera Administrative Region (CSC-CAR) in Baguio.

This is in line with the Department’s commitment to build the competencies and skills of its personnel in order to better serve the public. END
