HRMO Conducts Wellness Seminar for DFA Personnel Assigned in RCOs in Luzon

10 October 2017 MANILA - As part of the Department's vigorous efforts to promote the welfare and well-being of its personnel, the Human Resources Management Office (HRMO) conducted a wellness seminar for DFA personnel assigned in the Regional Consular Offices (RCO) in Luzon at Le Monet Hotel in Baguio City on September 29 to 30.

There were 24 participants who attended the seminar from RCO Baguio, RCO Tuguegarao, RCO Lucena, RCO Calasiao, RCO La Union, RCO Angeles and RCO Pampanga.

With the theme "Healthy, Happy, (W)Hole," the two-day seminar focused on the holistic approach to physical mental, spiritual and emotional wellness, as well as strategies in enhancing customer service relations.

In closing, the resource speakers, Ms. Anna Patricia Silerio and Mr. Jon Escoto, underscored that to be a healthy and happy employee is to find deeper meaning in what one does. END
