HRMO Conducts Regional Seminar on GAD Analysis Planning and Budgeting, Coaching and Mentoring and Psychological First Aid for DFA Personnel in Europe
02 November 2017 PRAGUE – Human Resource and Management Office (HRMO) conducted a six-day seminar on Regional Seminar on Gender and Development (GAD) Analysis Planning and Budgeting, Coaching and Mentoring and Psychological First Aid for DFA Personnel in Europe on October 21 to 26 in Prague, Czech Republic.
It was attended by 22 Foreign Service Personnel from Ankara, Athens, Berlin, Berne, Brussels, Budapest, Geneva, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Milan, Muscat, Oslo, Paris, Prague, Rome, The Hague, Vatican, Vienna, Tel-Aviv and Warsaw.
A briefing and refresher course on the following was also conducted by Acting Director Jed Martin A. Llona:
- Relevant laws on Gender and Development including Anti-
Sexual Harassment Law; - Committee on Decorum and Investigation;
- Office Decorum and Customer Relations;
- Civil Service Commission (CSC) Rules; and
- Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS).
Undersecretary Linglingay F. Lacanlale delivered remarks and awarded the certificates of participation during the workshop.
