Advancing Connectivity to be Highlighted in the MPAC 2025 Video Launch

12 November 2017 MANILA - The Philippines will host the Launch of the Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity (MPAC) 2025 Videos on 12 November 2017 at the Manila Marriott Hotel. Undersecretary Jose Luis G. Montales will represent Secretary Alan Peter S. Cayetano in leading the ceremonial launching of the video entitled “ASEAN Connectivity: Connecting a Region”, the first in the series that showcases the vision, rationale and aspirations of MPAC 2025 in advancing ASEAN Connectivity.

MPAC 2025 highlights the importance of regional connectivity as one of the key foundations in achieving an integrated ASEAN community. The Master Plan envisions a seamlessly and comprehensively connected ASEAN that will promote competitiveness, inclusiveness and a greater sense of community. It is a key component in the ASEAN Community Vision 2025. END
