HRMO Conducts a Two-Day Seminar on Customer Service and Handling Exceptional Clients for its Satellite Office in Alabang
22 November 2017 MANILA — HRMO conducted a two-day seminar on Customer Service and Handling Exceptional Clients for 17 frontline personnel of the Satellite Office NCR South Alabang and the DFA Courtesy Lane held at the Golden Phoenix Hotel on November 11 to 12.
A refresher on RA 9485, The Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 and RA 6713 on Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees was also conducted by Ms. Laura Mangorangca, Director II of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Field Office-DFA.
This is in line with the Department’s commitment to build the competencies and skills of its personnel in order to better serve the public. END
