PeopleStrong Conducts Seminar on Stocks 101

24 November 2017 MANILA – The Human Resources Management Office (HRMO), in collaboration with the PeopleStrong Human Resource Consulting, organized a lecture-discussion on stocks investment for DFA employees on November 10.

The resource speaker of the event was Mr. Mark Viñas, a certified Securities Representative, an investment trainer for COL Financial Goup, Inc. and a lecturer on financial literacy. Mr. Viñas underscored to the participants the need for other sources of income, stocks being one of them. Among others, he discussed such topics as the Financial Freedom Formula, short term vs. long term investing, how to invest in the stock market and why should one invest in the Philippine stock market.

The above activity is part of the series of financial literacy dialogues aimed at promoting the welfare and well-being of DFA employees. END
