HRMO Conducts Seminar on Intergenerational Harmony at Work

The Human Resources Management Office (HRMO), in collaboration with the PeopleStrong Human Resource Consulting, organized a seminar entitled “Intergenerational Harmony at Work.” The seminar provided participating DFA employees with the necessary knowledge and tools to help them deal better with colleagues who are of different generations. The above activity is part of the Deparment’s initiative to promote productivity in the workplace.
