DFA Archives Holds “DFA Spans the Globe” Exhibit
10 January 2018 MANILA — Before the year 2017 came to a close, the DFA Archives held an exhibit entitled “DFA Spans the Globe” along the hallway of the DFA Archives, 2nd floor, DFA Building. The photos showcase the history of the Department of Foreign Affairs in the lens of consular services in the establishment of Philippine Embassies and Missions all over the world. The exhibit aspires to bring light to the unseen faces of the Department that made our reach to the world possible while upholding excellence in foreign service. Also, as an avenue to increase awareness of the stakeholders on the importance of archival research and the Archives in preserving the department’s memory.
The photos are still available for viewing along the hallway of the DFA Archives until the end of February, 2018. END
