CO La Union Participates in the Celebration of the 20^th City Foundation Anniversary of the City of San Fernando, La Union

21 March 2018 LA UNION – The officers and staff of the Department of Foreign Affairs – Consular Office La Union participated in the Annual Civic and Military Parade (Grand People’s Parade of Lights) on March 16 in celebration of the 20^th City Foundation Anniversary of the City of San Fernando, La Union with the theme “People’s City @ 20: The Grand Reunion.” CO La Union highlighted its participation through street dancing and marching, use of various lights, and costumes, props and the involvement of Kapitan DFA and Kapitana DFA. The Grand People’s Parade of Lights lasted for about two and a half hours starting at the stretch of Pennsylvania Avenue (Monumento) to Glorrieta, in front of the City Plaza. END
