Cayetano and Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah discuss the state of bilateral relations between the Philippines and Kuwait during their meeting in Kuwait City on Friday. Secretary Cayetano is in Kuwait with Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque and Special Envoy Mohammad Mama-o for the expected signing of the agreement on the employment of domestic workers between the Philippines and Kuwait.
