DFA Opens New Santiago City, Isabela Consular Office
SANTIAGO CITY 17 May 2018 NEW DFA CONSULAR OFFICE. The Department of Foreign Affairs opened its latest Consular Office in Santiago City, Isabela, on Wednesday. The new office, which is located at the Robinsons Place in Santiago, is the second consular office to be inaugurated in northern Luzon this month. Executive Director Angelica Escalona of the DFA Office of Consular Affairs, who led the inauguration, said the opening of the new consular office will allow the DFA to make its passport and other consular services more accessible to the people. Some 100 walk-in passport applicants were served during the opening. The inauguration follows the recent opening of a Consular Office in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte last 8 May.
