No Filipinos Affected in HK Shooting Incident
26 June 2018 – The Department of Foreign Affairs said no Filipinos were affected in the shooting incident near a busy shopping mall in Hong Kong this afternoon that left four persons wounded.
The Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong said it had checked with police authorities and was told no Filipino was affected in the shooting at the Quarry Bay Park near the City Plaza Shopping Center.
Police said the incident was a rare case of gun violence in Hong Kong involving four elderly siblings who were shot by their 44-year-old niece. END
