HRMO Conducts Workshop on Customer Service

PHOTO: In line with the Department of Foreign Affairs’ commitment to build the competencies and skills of its personnel in order to better serve the public, the Human Resources Management Office (HRMO) conducted a two-day workshop on Customer Service and Handling Exceptional Clients (Step-Up Session) for 20 frontline personnel of the DFA’s Office of Consular Affairs in Aseana Business Park on 29-30 September 2018.

The workshop is a step-up session covers a customer-centric mindset, emotional intelligence, competence, self-awareness, and emotional control. HRMO Acting Director Jake Robuin Ramitas delivered the opening remarks while Cresenciano G. Erpe served as resource speaker, and also
