DFA La Union Participates in National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 2018

LA UNION 23 November 2018 – DFA Consular Office La Union’s officers and staff participated in the 4th Quarter 2018 Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on 05 November 2018 at Consular Office La Union in Manna Mall.
The drill started at 8:00 AM, upon the signal sound of the alarm siren. All officers and staff performed the “duck, cover and hold” drill in their respective areas of work, followed by a quick and safe evacuation to the vacant lot at the western side of the Manna Mall.
At the evacuation area, Information Officer Mr. Christian Kelvin C. Gonzales, accounted for all the officers and staff and their medical conditions checked. There was no untoward incident happened during the drill and all returned safely inside the office after the 10-minute drill. END
