ADB President Calls on DFA Secretary Loscin

PHOTO: Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro L. Locsin Jr. (left) met with Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Takehiko Nakao on 29 January 2019 to further strengthen institutional partnership between the two agencies. President Nakao thanked Secretary Locsin for the long-standing cooperation of the Department of Foreign Affairs in the implementation of the Headquarters Agreement between the Philippines and ADB signed in 1966.
