Call for Proposals: Evaluation of the Informal ASEM Human Rights Seminar Series
MANILA 27 March 2019 – The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) is recruiting an independent consultant or organization that will undertake a human rights project series review, which is scheduled to start in June 2019 and will be finalized by January 2020. The final report will be presented at the Informal Asia-Europe Meeting Human Rights Seminar Series’ Steering Committee Meeting in February 2020 in Singapore.
The review aims to assess the results and strengths of ASEF’s human rights project series, to identify ways to strengthen the future strategy and operation of the project series, and to provide recommendation to improve the impact of the project series and its long-term stability.
