Secretary Locsin Calls on State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi

Accompanied by Senior Foreign Affairs Adviser Ambassador Rosario G. Manalo, also currently Chair of the Independent Commission of Enquiry, Secretary Locsin and State Counsellor Suu Kyi discussed bilateral relations, as well as the situation in Rakhine State.
