PASAY 29 May 2019 — The state of Philippine-Russia relations and its future directions were discussed in a forum held at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on 27 May 2019.

The Philippine Ambassadors Foundation Incorporated (PAFI)-organized Forum on Peace and Development featured Russian Ambassador to the Philippines Igor Khovaev, as Guest of Honor and Speaker on 27 May 2019 at the DFA's Carlos P. Romulo Library.

Ambassador Khovaev shared his views on Russia’s foreign policy, and on the progress in strengthening the cooperation between the Philippines and Russia.

The PAFI Forum on Peace and Development aims to promote dialogue among diplomats, policymakers and think tanks, and to deliver analysis of emerging political, economic and social trends in the Philippines and the world. END
