Secretary Locsin Receives Canadian Ambassador Holmes

26 August 2019 — Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. received Canadian Ambassador to the Philippines John T. Holmes in a farewell call at the Department of Foreign Affairs on 23 August 2019. Secretary Locsin congratulated Ambassador Holmes on his productive tour of duty in the Philippines, and they discussed ways to strengthen further the long-standing ties between the Philippines and Canada. For his part, Ambassador Holmes thanked the Secretary for his support and expressed hope for the two countries' continued engagement in the regional and multilateral fora.
