53 DFA Officials Confirmed by Commission on Appointments

MANILA 25 September 2019 – The Commission on Appointments confirmed the ad interim appointment of 53 officials from the Department of Foreign Affairs in its plenary session held on 25 September 2019 at the Senate.

Confirmed with the rank of Chief of Mission, Class I were Joseph Gerard B. Angeles, Maria Amelita C. Aquino, Noralyn J. Baja, Junever M. Mahilum-West, and Wilfredo C. Santos, while confirmed as Chief of Mission, Class II were Deena Joy D. Amatong, Jaime Ramon T. Ascalon, Jr., Igor G. Bailen, Raymond R. Balatbat, Maria Agnes M. Cervantes, Alan L. Deniega, Angelica C. Escalona, Maria Lourdes M. Salcedo, Marie Charlotte G. Tang, and Marian Jocelyn R. Tirol-Ignacio.

Those who were confirmed as Career Ministers were Gerardo P. Abiog, Iric C. Arribas, Juan E. Dayang, Jr., Pete Raymond V. Delfin, Noemi T. Diaz, Ambrosio Brian F. Enciso III, Leilani S.
