Acting Secretary of Foreign Affairs Receives Ambassador-Designate of the Hellenic Republic to the Philippines

Manila, 07 November 2019 – Acting Secretary of Foreign Affairs Brigido J. Dulay received Mr. Antonis Alexandridis, Ambassador-designate of the Hellenic Republic to the Philippines, on 6 November 2019 at the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Acting Secretary Dulay welcomed Mr. Alexandridis to the Philippines and discussed opportunities to strengthen Philippines-Greece relations. Both countries will celebrate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations next year.

Ambassador-designate Alexandridis is expected to present his credentials to President Rodrigo Roa Duterte later in November. END
