Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines Makes Farewell Call On Secretary Locsin

06 December 2019 — Archbishop Gabriele Giordano Caccia, Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines who ends his tour of duty in the Philippines on 22 December 2019, made his farewell call to Secretary of Foreign Affairs Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. on 05 December 2019 at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

Secretary Locsin, together with Foreign Affairs Assistant Secretaries and other officials, thanked Archbishop Caccia for his dedicated work and wished him well on his next posting as Permanent Observer of the Holy See to the United Nations in New York.

Archbishop Caccia has served as the Apostolic Nuncio in Manila and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps since 06 December 2017.

The Archbishop was joined by the Counsellor of the Apostolic Nunciature, Monsignor Julien Kaboré, and the Nunciature’s Secretary, Monsignor Gabriel Viola. END
