Secretary Locsin Receives New Zealand Ambassador-Designate

The Secretary welcomed Ambassador-designate Kell to the Philippines, underscoring the five decades of fruitful relationship between the Philippines and New Zealand, encompassing trade, economic, people-to-people, defense, and security cooperation, as well as in its provision of development assistance, including for Mindanao.
