PASAY CITY 05 March 2020 – The Department of Foreign Affairs Human Resource Management Office (DFA-HRMO) conducted a workshop on the Google Suite (G-Suite) on 20 February 2020 at the Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) in Aseana Business Park.

The workshop, conducted by HRMO Principal Assistant Marco Frederick Harder, introduced the use of G-Suite to 33 officers and staff from OCA to help increase productivity in the workplace through the use of G-Suite’s collaboration functionalities.

G-Suite is a set of cloud-based productivity tools that consists of several apps, such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, among others. It allows teams to store, file, edit, access, and share data in one secure place.

HRMO plans to conduct this workshop for other offices of DFA to strengthen the competencies on Computer Literacy and Resource and Information Management within and across teams in DFA. END
