24 DFA Officials Confirmed by Commission on Appointments
MANILA 06 March 2020 – The Commission on Appointments (CA) confirmed on 04 March 2020 the nominations as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (AEPs) of the following career officials of the Department of Foreign Affairs:
- Imelda Macapundag Panolong, Chief of Mission, Class II, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Sultanate of Oman; and
- Enrique Austria Manalo as Permanent Representative of the Republic of the Philippines to the United Nations in New York, United States of America, with the salary and emoluments of a Chief of Mission, Class I.
