LA UNION 07 September 2020 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Consular Office (CO) in La Union participated in the National Task Force (NTF) COVID-19 Webinar Series #2: “Safe Spaces: Operationalizing the Prevent-Detect-Isolate-Treat-Reintegrate-Mainstream (PDITR) in the Workplace,” held through an online video conference via Zoom on 01 September 2020.
The webinar forum was a venue for discussions on the Operational Framework of COVID-19 Response in Workplaces, which included the National Action Plan Against COVID-19, Phase II--Community-based and Localized Health Management Approach (“Hammer and Dance” – Containment Strategy and PDITR Strategy), and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) supplemental guidelines on workplace prevention and control of COVID-19 (Joint Memorandum Circular No. 20-04-A).
The event was graced by the NTF against COVID-19 Chairperson National Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana and Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity Secretary Carlito G. Galvez. END
