Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin, Jr. welcomes Ambassador-designate Dr. Leopoldo Lazatin of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta (SMOM) during a courtesy call at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on 09 July 2021.
